Project Scope and Scale of Operations

We support Customers in the delivery of infrastructure projects of strategic importance, including:

  • military airfield infrastructure,
  • warehouse and storage facilities,
  • logistics and training infrastructure,
  • operational support facilities.

We operate at both the individual project level and across comprehensive infrastructure programs.

Our activities include, among others:

  • coordination of infrastructure projects,
  • program and project management support,
  • integration of activities between parties,
  • oversight of project compliance with Client requirements.

Current Projects

Since December 5, 2024, APCS Partners® has been performing Contract No. W912GB25C0004 for Program Management / Support Services awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Under the contract, we support the management and coordination of the Poland Provided Infrastructure (PPI) Program implemented pursuant to the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) dated August 15, 2020.

Our activities include, among others:

  • management and coordination of infrastructure projects,
  • program management support,
  • synchronization of activities between the Polish Government and U.S Government,
  • monitoring compliance of implemented projects with EDCA requirements.
