APCS Partners ® is a team of experienced experts specializing in consulting and project management for military infrastructure projects in an international environment. We operate at the intersection of Polish – U.S. side cooperation, supporting the delivery of strategically important investments for security and defense.
We provide comprehensive support at every stage of the project lifecycle — from the conceptual and planning phase, through project preparation and construction oversight, to acceptance procedures and project close-out.
We act as both Project Manager and Project Advisor, ensuring effective coordination among all stakeholders — on both the Polish and U.S. sides. We support decision-making processes, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and help maintain projects within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
Our experience includes managing complex investments delivered in environments with heightened requirements related to security, confidentiality, and interoperability of military standards.
