APCS Partners® is a team of experts specializing in consulting and project management for military infrastructure projects in an international environment. We support investors at every stage of the project lifecycle — from concept development and planning, through project preparation and construction oversight, to acceptance procedures and project close-out.
We support Stakeholders in coordinating infrastructure projects of strategic importance, including military airfields, warehouse and storage facilities, training and logistics facilities, as well as technical infrastructure.
We cooperate with key U.S. and Polish institutions responsible for infrastructure and security.
As of December 5, 2024, APCS Partners® has been performing Contract No. W912GB25C0004 for Program Management / Support Services awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, supporting, managing, and coordinating the Poland Provided Infrastructure (PPI) Program under the EDCA Agreement (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the United States of America on Enhanced Defense Cooperation dated August 15, 2020).
